On January 6, 2016, our lives were forever changed when my husband, Rob Robinson heard the words "you have multiple myeloma and it's very aggressive." For 14 months, Rob underwent countless treatments, bone marrow biopsies, and 2 transplants. Despite various treatments, our beloved Rob died on April 22, 2017. He left many with countless memories and a loving spirit that can never be forgotten.
As Rob's wife of over 11 years, I am continuing the fight against multiple myeloma by participating in the MMRF's 5k on September 15, 2019 in Chicago to raise awareness, provide support, and increase treatment options to those battling this disease.
Rob was a loving husband, father, son, brother, and friend to many. He was described by many as just a "genuine good guy." Please help support the fight I took over on my husband's behalf to find a cure for MM by joining my team and/or donating.
