Dear Friends and Family,
On February 11, 2019, my brother John lost his courageous 3 year battle against multiple myeloma cancer. John was more than just an older brother to me, he was a lifelong best friend. From the time we were kids, John and I shared so many memories together. We went to many Chicago sporting events together, went on back country hikes and took numerous camping trips together, just to name a few. He had an amazing sense of humor and basically got along with everyone he met. I will miss him tremendously as will anyone who knew him.
To continue John’s fighting spirit against multiple myeloma, his family and friends have created team “Forever Young” in honor of John. We will be participating in the Multiple Myeloma Research Foundation (MMRF) Team for Cures 5K Walk/Run on September 15, 2019 in Chicago, Illinois.
We are committed to raising awareness and funds to accelerate finding a cure for multiple myeloma, which is the second most common blood cancer and is incurable. We will walk proudly in honor of John and all people still fighting this battle on team “Forever Young”.
I would greatly appreciate if you could support this effort and team "Forever Young" in the fight to end multiple myeloma cancer with your very generous donations, support, love and prayers.
